Shipping policy

At Envilune, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your loungewear and sleepwear pieces arrive safely, beautifully, and as quickly as possible.

This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping options, tracking information, and important delivery conditions.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During peak periods, promotional events, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay in preparing your order, we will contact you by email.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Complimentary Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 7–11 business days after dispatch

This shipping method is available at no extra cost for eligible orders.

Priority Tracked Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Priority Tracked Delivery is available for an additional fee, usually between $5 and $7, depending on the destination and checkout configuration.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed.


3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total estimated delivery time includes both:

  1. Processing time: 1–3 business days
  2. Shipping time: depending on the selected delivery method

Therefore, the total estimated timeframe may be:

Complimentary Standard Delivery: approximately 8–14 business days from the order date
Priority Tracked Delivery: approximately 6–12 business days from the order date

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local carrier operations, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.


4. International Shipping

Envilune ships internationally, with a primary focus on customers in Europe.

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, local postal services, customs procedures, and regional logistics conditions.

Some countries may experience longer delivery times due to customs inspections, local holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately while the package is in transit between international logistics hubs.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges depending on the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Envilune and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you are unsure about possible import fees.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Envilune is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.


8. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

→ Local carrier delays
→ Public holidays
→ Weather conditions
→ High-volume shipping periods
→ Incorrect or incomplete address details
→ International logistics disruptions

Envilune is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or third-party carriers. However, we will always do our best to assist you if your order is delayed.


9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Before contacting us, we recommend checking:

→ Your tracking link
→ Your local postal carrier
→ Your mailbox or parcel locker
→ Nearby neighbors or reception areas
→ Whether a delivery attempt notice was left

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution, depending on the circumstances.


10. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Original shipping fees, when applicable, are non-refundable.


11. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability, warehouse location, or logistics requirements.

In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number, and items may arrive on different dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


12. Pre-Orders or High-Demand Items

If an item is marked as pre-order or temporarily in high demand, the estimated dispatch time may be longer than usual.

Any special processing or shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page or communicated by email when applicable.


13. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We can only make changes or cancellations before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or change the delivery address.
